Cancellation Policy

Students are not guaranteed to pass a course and, furthermore, may be dismissed for failing any prerequisite tests. Every session must be attended. Students who miss days may automatically forfeit their participation in the rest of the course. By registering for a SELA class, you guarantee that the information provided in your registration is accurate to the best of your knowledge. No refunds will be offered after 24 hours have passed from the time of registration. We cannot guarantee that we can transfer your registration to another class due to facility size and other factors. For transfer requests, email Alex@selaaquatics.com. Transfer fees may apply. When you register for a SELA class or training course, you also give us permission to use photos or videos of your training in promotional or other material unless you explicitly request otherwise. We want to show off our best success stories and in the interest of authenticity we feature only our own students and employees in our advertisements. After you register, SELA will send you a small number of important text messages about e-learning and class logistics. We will not use your phone number for solicitation or non-class-related purposes, and your information is never shared with third parties.
