I understand and acknowledge that head lifeguards and site managers must be available to work Memorial Day weekend, July 4th weekend, and Labor Day weekend. Time-off may be requested for one day of the holiday weekend, but not on the holiday itself.

I understand that head lifeguards and site managers are expected to limit time-off to 10 days or less.

I understand that head lifeguards and site managers must receive pre-approval from a regional manager or pro staff member to trade away a shift.

I understand that head lifeguards and site managers are expected to participate on a team at the Lifeguard Olympics on August 3-4. This includes training and motivating your pool's team to prepare for the event.

I understand that head lifeguards and site managers are required to report employee infractions. Failure to report infractions will result in "infraction pay" for the day for the head lifeguard or site manager if they do not report an employee's infraction.

I understand that head lifeguards and site managers are expected to be familiar with company policies and standards as found in the SELA Aquatics Staff Manual.
